Heads will roll, or at least gawk upward, at the masks on the mannequins in “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty,” the current show at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. Guido Palau, the super-stylist responsible for McQueen’s runway coiffures, designed the masks; you can see a slide show of them on our Moment blog.
